Rent Agreement (Residential, 11 Months)
This Rent Agreement is made at [CITY] on [DATE] between:
[OWNER FULL NAME], son/daughter/wife of [NAME], residing at [OWNER ADDRESS], PAN [PAN] (the "Owner"), and
[TENANT FULL NAME], son/daughter/wife of [NAME], residing at [TENANT PERMANENT ADDRESS], Aadhaar/PAN [NUMBER] (the "Tenant").
1. Property
The Owner lets to the Tenant the residential premises at [FULL ADDRESS OF THE FLAT / HOUSE], consisting of [NUMBER] BHK, with fittings listed in Annexure A (the "Premises").
2. Term
The tenancy is for 11 (eleven) months from [START DATE] to [END DATE]. It may be renewed by a fresh written agreement on terms agreed by both parties.
3. Rent and deposit

4. Use
The Premises are used only for residence of the Tenant and family. The Tenant will not sublet, make structural changes, or use the Premises for any unlawful purpose.
5. Repairs
Minor day-to-day repairs are done by the Tenant. Structural and major repairs are done by the Owner.
6. Notice
Either party may end this agreement by giving [ONE] month's written notice. The Owner may enter the Premises for inspection with prior notice of at least 24 hours.
7. Handover
At the end of the term the Tenant hands over vacant possession with all fittings in Annexure A.
