Filed your ITR? Verify it within 30 days

The ITR-1 FAQ: after e-filing, e-verify the return. If you verify manually, send the signed physical copy of the ITR-V acknowledgement by speed post to CPC Bengaluru within 30 days of filing.

Important

Before filing, the FAQ advises downloading AIS and Form 26AS and checking TDS against your Form 16 and payslips.

After filing

• ☐ Or post the signed ITR-V within 30 days

• ☐ Check the status on the e-filing portal
