MongoDB's lifecycle schedules list 7.0 with end of life on August 31, 2027, both for Atlas Dedicated major releases and for Enterprise Advanced server.

Illustrative. Four replica sets on 7.0. One staging rehearsal, then one set a month: four months of work, with room for a driver update in between.

Important

The schedule also says drivers released more than 3 years after a server version's end-of-life date won't be compatible with that server version.
